The Wise Search Group is proud to welcome our newest associate Kathlene M. Karg. Kathlene will be heading up our Information Technology practce.
Kathlene comes to us with 15 years of experience in the public policy sector and extensive management experience in the association field. She has lobbied domestically and abroad for software companies, book publishers, the small business and health care industries, inlcuding Fortune 500 powerhouses Microsoft, Sony, Time Warner, Walt Disney and Cendant. She brings to us and her clients a winning personality as well as a "can-do" attitude with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
Kathlene's first-hand knowledge and in-depth understanding of these industries make her an ideal addition that will serve to balance out our team of recruiters. Long known as a "Beltway insider", she now applies her diverse background to the search field, and is able to keenly identify the right candidate for our client's opportunities. Her many years of hiring for executive level roles enables her to quickly weed out the best and brightest candidates from the "also-ran's". Personal experience coupled with an ability to quickly analyze business structures is certain to make her an outstanding addition to The Wise team.
