Contingency Search
With this option the client pays only upon the hiring of a suitable
candidate. In Contingency search, your requirements are grouped in with
other similar searches. You do not own the product of the search ( i.e.,
the Candidate ), which means that the recruiter is able to present the
Candidate to more than one client at a time. While not optimal, it does
work for many lower level jobs.
