Brian D. Walker

Brian Walker is the founder and President of The Wise Group and has over 13 years experience in the executive search business recruiting executives for Marketing, Sales, Logistics and Information Technology.

Brian's motivation in creating The Wise Group was to establish and develop a superior, client-centered presence in the recruiting industry.

In the past, Brian has worked with large, established firms primarily in the Automotive and Telecommunications industries. Brian now devotes a great deal of his time to the Life Science industry focusing on small, growing companies with a need for immediate action to secure the talent needed to grow their business. Through his efforts he has helped clients bring new products to markets, increase their market share, and shed unprofitable
businesses.

Brian's experience includes identification and selection of executives ranging from Directors through to CEO's in diverse industries. An extensive top tier network enables him to more quickly single out the "players" as well as the up and coming stars of the industry.

He is a frequent contributor to The Fordyce Letter, a leading Recruitment Industry publication and he has been cited in leading business periodicals such as the Wall Street Journal, Pharmaceutical Formulation & Quality and Medical Device Daily.
